退換流程:
- 請退換貨品前必須透過電郵或Whatsapp、電話聯絡 100 Station 並提供訂購者姓名、訂單號碼、退換貨原因及購買的產品名稱。
- 客人而要透過電郵或Whatsapp 傳送照片以証明有關產品尚未開封及使用,並保持原始包裝、標籤完整無缺(於發貨前已知包裝盒有瑕疵的除外)。
- 100 Station 會於收到要求後盡快處理及回覆有關顧客!
- 在提出退貨/退款爭議之前,如客戶沒有透過電郵或Whatsapp聯絡我們解決任何問題。則視為無效之爭議。
100 Station 接受的退換貨原因包括:
- 訂購與所收取貨品內容不符;
- 有效日期已過(如適用);
- 貨品損壞 ( 不包括包裝盒的損毀)
100 Station 將保留拒絕以下狀態的貨單退貨退款之權利:
- 已開封或已使用的貨品
- 與本店中商品說明頁的照片顏色不同卻名稱、成份、效用及數量完全相同的貨品
- 於貨品說明頁註明不接受退貨的貨品
- 本店不接受任何以款式,顏色,尺寸,不適用,個人原因作為換貨理由。
注意!顧客會因情怳而決定是否須負責退回貨品的所有運送費費。
注意!如果客戶自行聯繫快遞公司及更改送貨地址,將視為放棄所有退貨/退款政策。

All products sold on this website are genuine. Warranty periods for authorized products follow the terms of individual brands or agents, while parallel imported products come with a 7-day warranty depending on the product type.
Warranties cover only non-human damage, subject to the standards of our store or agent.
If a product has issues within 7 days of receipt, please contact our store first (Email: 100station.info@gmail.com).
If confirmed as non-human damage, we will provide a one-to-one replacement service. You may choose to replace the product at our store or via courier. If choosing courier replacement, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
Within 7 days of receipt, all packaging materials, including complete packaging, order receipts, and other accessories, must be retained. Loss or damage to any part may affect your replacement rights or result in no replacement or refund.
Our store does not accept exchanges based on style, color, size, unsuitability, or personal reasons. In case of any disputes, 100 Station reserves the final decision.
We reserve all rights to amend these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The amended terms and conditions take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes your agreement to the latest version of these terms and conditions.
Return and Exchange Process:
Before returning or exchanging products, you must contact 100 Station via email, WhatsApp, or phone, providing the purchaser's name, order number, reason for return/exchange, and the name of the purchased product.
Customers must send photos via email or WhatsApp to prove that the product has not been opened or used and retains its original packaging and intact labels (except for cases where the packaging was already known to be defective before shipping).
100 Station will process and respond to customer requests as soon as possible upon receipt!
If a customer does not contact us via email or WhatsApp to resolve any issues before raising a return/refund dispute, the dispute will be considered invalid.
*Reasons for Returns and Exchanges Accepted by 100 Station:*
- The ordered items do not match the received goods.
- Expired (if applicable).
- Damaged goods (excluding damage to packaging).
*100 Station reserves the right to refuse returns and refunds under the following conditions:*
- Items that have been opened or used.
- Items that have the same name, ingredients, effects, and quantity but differ in color from those shown on the product description page.
- Items specified on the product description page as non-returnable.
- 100 Station does not accept exchanges for reasons related to style, color, size, unsuitability, or personal reasons.
